It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications, including the 1978-1983 Ford Fairmont, 1980-1982 Ford Granada, 1983 Ford LTD, 1979-1993 Ford Mustang, 1974 Ford Mustang II, 1980-1984 and 1987-1988 Ford Thunderbird, and 1980-1982 and 1987-1988 Mercury Cougar — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment.
