Description

Help quiet driveline vibration and keep your automatic transmission properly located with the Anchor transmission mount 2897, a front left mount. It installs as a direct-fit replacement on many vehicles, among them the 2000-2005 Buick LeSabre, 1999-2005 Buick Park Avenue and 2000-2005 Pontiac Bonneville; see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list. This Anchor automatic transmission mount supports the transmission and dampens vibration to help isolate the powertrain from the chassis.

Supports & isolates: Helps support and locate the transmission while damping vibration.
Durable rubber: Made from natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages.
Strong bond: A Chemlock® bonding agent is used for a superior rubber-to-metal bond.
Application-matched: Rubber is manufactured to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application, and the mount is engineered to OE standards using a CAD/CAM process.

Signs the original mount may need replacing include vibration at idle, a clunk on acceleration, deceleration, or shifting, and cracked or separated rubber. If a worn transmission mount is the cause, this replaces it.
