Description

Designed to deliver an OE-like ride, the Arnott Industries AS-3121 Rear Air Suspension Strut is a complete, new assembly built with OE-quality components. Arnott engineered it as an aftermarket replacement for the OE strut on the 2011-2018 Audi A8 Quattro without sport suspension. One unit fits either the left or right rear side. Continental ContiTech air sleeve: The multi-ply, cross-corded sleeve is designed for enhanced strength and extended service life. An aluminum can and dust cover protect it, and it is coupled with a CNC-machined top.
Custom-designed shock absorber: The premium damper is custom-tuned for an OE-like ride. The strut converts adaptive to passive.
Tier 1 components: The assembly is built with Tier 1 parts, including O-rings, a bump stop, heavy-duty crimping rings, an air line fitting and a connector valve.
Designed and assembled in the USA.

Signs a rear air strut may need replacing include:

the rear of the car sitting low after it has been parked
a hissing air leak
the air compressor running more often than usual
a bouncy or unsettled ride

These symptoms can have other causes, so diagnose the system first. If a worn rear strut is the cause, the AS-3121 replaces it.

This assembly is only for vehicles without sport suspension. For best results, Arnott recommends replacing air struts in pairs.
