A CV boot flexes with the axle to retain the joint's grease and block dirt, water, and debris — once it cracks, tears, or slings grease, contamination reaches the joint and can lead to clicking or wear. This application-specific kit is a direct replacement for the FRONT INNER, FRONT RIGHT INNER, and REAR INNER CV joint positions on the 1991-1996 Dodge Stealth, 1999-2000 Hyundai Elantra, 2001-2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, 1995-2006 Hyundai Sonata, 1997-2001 Hyundai Tiburon, 2005-2009 Hyundai Tucson, 2001-2006 Kia Optima, and 1991-1999 Mitsubishi 3000GT — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details.
