This front inner boot kit is a direct-fit replacement for the 2005-2012 Nissan Altima, 2004-2014 Nissan Maxima, and 2005-2022 Toyota Tacoma — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment. The boot flexes with the axle to protect the joint from dirt, moisture, and debris while holding lubricant where it belongs, so a torn or cracked boot slinging grease is a sign this part may need replacing.
