It is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications, including the 1989-1991 Chevrolet R3500, 1990-2000 Chevrolet C3500 and K3500, 1990-2000 GMC C3500 and K3500, 1994-1999 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500, and 1996-2002 GMC Savana 3500.
