Description

Keep torque flowing smoothly from the transaxle to the wheel hub with the A1 CARDONE New CV Axle Assembly 66-7586 — a New (not remanufactured) drive axle that drops in on the 2010-2014 Subaru Legacy and 2014 Subaru Outback. CARDONE draws on extensive CV drive axle testing and engineering, researching why original CVs fail and redesigning to resist repeat failure.

Neoprene boots: designed with additional bellows where needed to resist bellow stress and ozone cracking, the leading cause of boot failure.
Straightness verified: every shaft is individually checked for straightness for vibration-free performance at all speeds.
Sealed and greased: boot clamps are pneumatically crimped for a tight seal between boot and housing, and high-quality grease withstands high-temperature and high-torque demands.
Precision-rolled splines and threads: for proper fit into the mating hub and transmission and when the axle nut is installed.

A new axle retaining nut is included with every unit, since the original is often worn or stripped. Engineered to meet O.E. form, fit and function.
