Designed to clamp the rear right rotor with steady hydraulic force, the Raybestos R-Line FRC11963 is a remanufactured Ford F-250 Super Duty brake caliper and bracket assembly for 2007-2013 models (all engines) that also fits the 2008-2013 Ford F-350 Super Duty (all engines). This semi-loaded unit installs as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications.
Raybestos R-Line non-plated calipers are remanufactured OE parts. Every casting, guide pin and bracket is inspected before it is reused, and all rubber and sealing components are new.
- New replacement parts: seals, boots, bleeder screws, abutment hardware, banjo bolts and O-rings are replaced with new materials to help keep the caliper from leaking.
- EPDM70 rubber components: selected for heat resistance, performance and durability.
- Materials to OE specifications: materials match OE specifications and vehicle-specific designs.
- Pressure tested: each caliper is 100% pressure tested.
Specifications: floating caliper with a cast iron casting, a 48 mm (1.89 in) piston diameter and a 3/8-24 bleeder screw thread. The bracket mounting holes are 16 mm with a 2.0 mm thread pitch. Position: rear right. Country of origin: Mexico.
This caliper is sold individually, and the listed applications use one in the rear right position. Replacing the left and right calipers on the axle together is recommended for even, balanced braking.
