Engineered as a direct-fit match for the original rear wheel cylinder's fit, function and performance, it drops in on the 1972-1974 Nissan 620 Pickup and the 1975-1976 Nissan 620 (All engines).
Mounted at the rear brake, the wheel cylinder uses hydraulic pressure from the brake fluid to push its internal pistons outward, forcing the brake shoes against the drum. Replacing it while servicing the drum brakes is a fast, sure way to keep the hydraulic side sealing properly. If a leaking or seized original cylinder is behind a soft pedal or a fluid leak at the backing plate, this replaces it.
