It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the rear right (rearward) position on the 2004-2009 Chevrolet W3500 Tiltmaster, 2004-2008 GMC W3500 Forward, 2004-2009 and 2011-2015 Isuzu NPR, and 2011-2015 Isuzu Reach. A wheel cylinder converts brake-line hydraulic pressure into outward piston movement, pushing the brake shoes against the drum.
