Turn hydraulic pressure into shoe-clamping force at the drum with the Dorman - First Stop Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder W610185. It drops in for the rear-axle, left-side rearward position and is engineered to match the fit, function and performance of the original wheel cylinder on a range of medium-duty Chevrolet, GMC and Isuzu cab-forward trucks. As you press the pedal, fluid enters the cylinder and pushes the internal cups and pistons outward against the brake shoes.
