Turn hydraulic pressure into shoe-clamping force at the drum with the Dorman - First Stop Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder W610185. It drops in for the rear-axle, left-side rearward position and is engineered to match the fit, function and performance of the original wheel cylinder on a range of medium-duty Chevrolet, GMC and Isuzu cab-forward trucks. As you press the pedal, fluid enters the cylinder and pushes the internal cups and pistons outward against the brake shoes.
Bleeder screw and bleeder screw cap are not included; consult the vehicle service information for the correct hardware and bleeding procedure. Sold individually (package contains one wheel cylinder). Made in China. If a leaking or seized wheel cylinder is the cause of a spongy pedal, fluid on the backing plate, or uneven rear braking, this replaces the failed unit.
