Built for trucks that work hard, the Dorman - OE Solutions Steering Drag Link D1438RD is part of Dorman's RD ("rugged duty") chassis line, engineered for severe-duty service. It installs as a direct-fit replacement in the front right inner steering position on the 2000-2005 Ford Excursion, 2001-2004 Ford F-250, and the 1999-2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, F-450 Super Duty and F-550 Super Duty. This drag link is a linkage in the steering system that transfers motion from the steering gear to the wheels; worn joints can show up as play in the steering, wander or uneven tire wear.
