Four Seasons A/C Accumulator P/N:33155
Keep the A/C system clean and dry with the Four Seasons A/C Accumulator, MPN 33048. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for a range of 1991-1993 Ford medium- and heavy-duty trucks, including the L8000F, L9000, LN7000, LN9000, LT9000, LTL9000 and LTS9000 — see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list of applications and years.
The accumulator/filter drier acts as a filter, removing moisture and contaminants from the air conditioning system — contaminants that flushing cannot remove, which is why replacing the accumulator/filter drier is essential during service. Moisture absorption is handled by an internal desiccant bag; a leaking or "open" system can saturate that bag within a few hours, leaving the unit ineffective.
Produced in an ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified facility and backed by over 50 years of Four Seasons mobile A/C experience. Replacement of the accumulator/filter drier is required to validate the compressor warranty and should be done anytime the system is serviced.
What does this A/C accumulator do?
It acts as a filter/drier, removing moisture and contaminants from the air conditioning system that flushing cannot remove, using an internal desiccant bag to absorb moisture.
Does the 33048 come with installation hardware?
Yes. The necessary gaskets, o-rings and seal are included for installation.

Why should I replace the accumulator when servicing the A/C?
