Keep clean, dry refrigerant moving through your air conditioning system with the Four Seasons A/C Accumulator, MPN 33053. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1991-1993 Ford Explorer and 1991-1993 Mazda Navajo. Positioned on the low-pressure side, the accumulator/filter drier stores refrigerant, traps moisture and contaminants, and helps protect the compressor during normal operation.

Filters and dries: Acts as a filter by removing moisture and contaminants from the A/C system — debris that flushing alone cannot clear, which is why replacing the accumulator/filter drier is essential.
Desiccant absorption: A desiccant bag absorbs moisture in the system; a leaking or "open" system can saturate the bag within a few hours, making the unit ineffective.
