Keep coolant circulating to and from the heater core with the Gates heater hose 12561, a premium factory-molded coolant hose engineered in the OEM style to fit today's smaller, tighter engine compartments. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2019-2024 RAM 2500 and 3500, plus the 2019-2023 RAM 4500 and 5500 — check the Buyer's Guide tab to confirm your engine.

EPDM construction: EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and an EPDM cover, carrying all the quality features of Gates molded coolant hose.
Electrochemical resistance: engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure.
Rated specs: meets SAE 20R3 Type EC Class D-1 and D-2, with a temperature range of -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C).
Molded to fit: a molded heater hose approved for coolant, water, air and marine applications.
