Keep coolant moving to the heater core with the Gates Modular Coolant Hose 23992, a premium HVAC heater hose that installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2007-2010 Ford Super Duty Pickup, 2007-2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty, 2007-2010 Ford F-350 Super Duty, 2007-2010 Ford F-450 Super Duty and 2007-2010 Ford F-550 Super Duty — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment. It serves the HEATER (LOWER) position in the cooling system.

Modular OE-style build: manufactured to fit specific applications with OEM-exact integrated components such as quick connects, branch connectors/tees and sensors where the design calls for them.
EPDM construction: EPDM tube with synthetic-fiber knit reinforcement and a heat-, ozone- and chemical-coolant-resistant EPDM cover.
Engineered materials: specifically formulated to resist collapse under vacuum and to resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure.
Rated: meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25mm (1 in.) ID and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25mm and over, with a temperature range of -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C).

Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications. Gates recommends replacing the clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed.
