Route coolant to the heater core with the Gates heater hose (P/N 51469), a premium modular coolant hose built as a direct-fit replacement for the 2015-2016 Chevrolet Silverado Series Pickup, Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD, and the GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD. Gates recommends installing new clamps whenever a coolant hose is replaced. Caution: do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications.
