Deliver a strong, consistent spark with the Hitachi Astemo Ignition Coil IGC0009, a new, OE-approved coil-on-plug unit that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2003-2008 Infiniti FX45 [V8-4.5L], 2003-2004 and 2006-2010 Infiniti M45 [V8-4.5L], and 2002-2006 Infiniti Q45 [V8-4.5L]. An ignition coil steps up battery voltage into the high voltage needed to fire the spark plug; this coil-on-plug design mounts directly over the plug for each cylinder.
