How to Request a Return
1. Submit a Request
Click the “Submit a Request” button below and complete the form with all required details. Please include your order number and the reason for return to expedite the process.
2. Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) form. This will include a specific return address and—when applicable—a prepaid shipping label. Please allow 24–72 hours for us to process your request.
3. Ship It Back
Print and attach the RA form to the outside of your package, along with the shipping label provided (if applicable). Then drop off your package at the designated carrier.
4. Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise to ensure it is in satisfactory condition, we’ll issue your refund.

What Can I Return?

We accept returns for new/unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging (do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

If you’re returning a product due to fitment issues, flaws, or defects, we may request photos to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items

Any item marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase).

All Wheel & Tire Packages are non-returnable once mounted or used.
What Are My Shipping Fees?

Freight, international, and non-continental U.S. returns are accepted; however, coordination and cost of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

If Part Eazy made an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping by providing a prepaid label.
