The blower motor spins the fan wheel that pushes air through the HVAC case and out the vents at the speed you select. This unit is cataloged for both front and rear positions across the listed applications. Four Seasons builds it on more than 50 years of mobile A/C experience.
- Design: Flanged, vented motor with counterclockwise (CCW) rotation. The blower wheel is not included.
- O.E. match: Meets or exceeds O.E. design and performance.
- Magnet and windings: Magnetic size and properties compare to or exceed OEM, and the windings are built to OEM specifications or better.
- Motor speed: Motor RPM is equal to or greater than the OEM motor.
Signs that the blower motor may need replacing include weak or no airflow, a fan that runs only intermittently, or squealing and grinding from the blower area. A blower resistor, control module or wiring can cause similar problems, so confirm the cause before you replace the motor.
