Description

Restore front damping on your classic BMW with the KYB strut cartridge 363016, a nitrogen gas-charged Excel-G unit that drops into the front struts of the 1977-1983 BMW 320I. This is KYB's recommended OEM-replacement gas cartridge, built on the same assembly lines as KYB's OE products and calibrated to restore the vehicle's originally designed damping performance rather than change it — the classification KYB calls OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket).

Twin-tube gas design: nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube construction using the same OE-quality components found in KYB's global OEM products.
Triple-lip fluid seal: uses a triple lip fluid seal to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific valving: hand-assembled damping valves are designed to manage tire contact, steering response and body movement.
Designed to restore control: intended to help restore the designed control and handling of your vehicle and keep electronic safety systems performing as designed.
