It is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications and gives the rear wheel the bearing it rotates on as you drive.
Mevotech engineers its Supreme parts in-house, adding application-specific upgrades aimed at greater durability and performance.
- Pre-filled with premium grease: the lubricant is formulated to withstand high temperature and extreme pressure, resist corrosion and reduce friction.
- Premium seal for contaminant protection: a multi-point sealing system adds layers of defense that keep contaminants out and the grease in.
- Exact fit: engineered for an exact fit and smooth operation at the wheel end.
- Durability and testing: high-grade materials are used on all components with the aim of longer part life, and the design goes through extensive in-house and third-party durability testing.
Signs that a rear hub bearing may need replacing include a humming, growling or grinding noise that changes with vehicle speed, or noticeable play at the wheel. Diagnose the cause first. If the original rear hub assembly is worn, H512480 replaces it as a complete unit. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for full fitment details.
