• Strong and durable: double welded, including arc welds up to 360 degrees, with a shouldered bushing and bonded bushing on most applications.
• Built to last: heavy-duty nitrocarburized rod (on most applications) and sintered iron piston enhance durability; a larger bore, 2-in. reserve tube and 0.05-in. pressure tube hold more oil for controlled ride.

OE all-weather fluid contains modifiers to handle temperature extremes and help reduce friction, while a PTFE-banded piston helps reduce friction against the pressure tube for smooth operation. If worn rear shocks are causing excess body movement or poor ride control, this replaces them.
