This 19.33-inch, temperature-compensating gas-charged lift support drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2009-2012 Nissan Pathfinder — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details.

Built as the Stabilus LIFT-O-MAT with a Temperature Compensating Valve (TCV), it uses dynamic damping speed control for a fluid opening motion without bouncing or jerking.

Temperature Compensating Valve (TCV): an internal valve automatically adjusts gas force with conditions — adding force in cold weather and easing force in warm weather for easier closing.
Dynamic speed control: dynamic damping creates a smooth, controlled opening motion.
