Installation hardware is in the box. A part-specific slotted castle nut and a snap-style cotter pin secure the tie rod end to the vehicle. Pre-applied nylok thread adhesive helps keep fasteners secure and resistant to vibration. The listed applications use one tie rod end in this position. A wheel alignment is recommended after installation.
Signs this part may need replacing include loose or wandering steering, a clunk from the front end over bumps, uneven tire wear or a torn boot.
