A/C Accumulator for 1998-2002 Ford Crown Victoria & More - Four Seasons 83026

Keep your air conditioning clean and dry with the Four Seasons A/C Accumulator, MPN 83026. It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1998-2002 Ford Crown Victoria, 1998-2002 Ford Grand Marquis, 1998-2002 Lincoln Town Car, and 1998-2002 Mercury Grand Marquis — see the "Vehicles it fits" section for engine-level detail. The accumulator / filter drier acts as a filter, removing moisture and contaminants from the A/C system that flushing alone can't clear, which is why replacement is essential whenever the system is opened for service.

• Moisture & contaminant control: An internal desiccant bag absorbs moisture from the refrigerant; a leaking or open system can saturate the bag within a few hours, making the unit ineffective.
• Leak-free construction: Quality welds are used for a durable, leak-free design, paired with high-quality desiccant for appropriate absorption.
• Ready to install: Necessary gaskets, o-rings, and seal are included for easier installation.
• Backed by experience: Produced in an ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001 certified facility and backed by over 50 years of mobile A/C experience.

Replacing the accumulator / filter drier is typically required to validate a compressor warranty and should be done anytime the system is serviced.
