Quick facts
- Part: Four Seasons 57188 A/C compressor
- Fits: 2000-2002 Hyundai Accent
- Condition: Remanufactured
Weak cooling, a noisy compressor or a clutch that does not engage can point to a worn compressor, though a low refrigerant charge or an electrical fault shows up the same way. Find the cause before replacing it: with the engine off and cool, look at the compressor, its fittings and the drive belt for oil residue or damage, and leave pressure testing to a shop. If the compressor is the cause, this Four Seasons unit replaces it.
