Four Seasons A/C Compressor P/N:198391
Four Seasons 58157 A/C compressor for the 2004-2007 Ford Freestar and other vehicles circulates refrigerant through the air conditioning system. It is a new Ford FS10 compressor and meets or exceeds OE specifications.
Warm air from the vents, a grinding or squealing noise, or a clutch that stops engaging can mean the compressor is worn. Before you replace it, rule out low refrigerant, a leak elsewhere in the system, or a blown fuse or bad relay, which can give similar symptoms. A shop can run those tests.
This A/C compressor fits the 2004-2007 Ford Freestar, the 2004-2007 Mercury Monterey and the 1999-2003 Ford Windstar.
