Four Seasons A/C Compressor P/N:198333
Four Seasons 68296 A/C compressor for the 2004-2006 Chevrolet Malibu and other vehicles compresses refrigerant and moves it through the air conditioning system. This new GM CVC compressor comes with its clutch and meets or exceeds OE specifications.
Warm air from the vents, a noisy compressor or a clutch that does not engage can point to a failing compressor, but low refrigerant or a belt problem can look the same. With the engine off and cool, look for oily residue around the compressor and its fittings and check the belt for wear before you replace it. The engine carries one compressor, driven by its accessory belt.
This is a direct-fit Chevy Malibu ac compressor for 2004-2006 models, and it fits the 2005-2006 Pontiac G6 as well.
