Help keep moisture and contaminants out of your air conditioning system with the Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier / Filter Drier, part number 33417. It is a steel filter drier that filters the A/C system as it runs. It fits many Nissan and Isuzu models, among them the 1984-1989 Nissan 300ZX, 1989-1992 Isuzu Amigo and 1991-1992 Isuzu Rodeo, as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list. Four Seasons calls this part a filter drier, and it is also listed as an A/C receiver drier, so you may see it under both names.
- Steel construction: Four Seasons describes the 33417 as a steel filter drier.
- Quality welds: Welded for a durable, leak-free design.
- High-quality desiccant: A desiccant bag absorbs the moisture circulating through the system.
- Seals included: The gaskets, o-rings and seal needed for installation come with the unit.
The drier removes moisture and contaminants that flushing cannot remove, which is why Four Seasons calls replacing it essential. A leaking or open system can saturate the desiccant bag within a few hours, and a saturated drier is no longer effective. Replacing the filter drier is required to validate compressor warranty, and Four Seasons says it must be replaced every time the system is serviced. Plan on a new drier whenever the A/C system is opened for repair, a component such as the compressor is replaced, or the system has been leaking or left open.
Four Seasons filter driers are produced in an ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified facility and are backed by over 50 years of mobile A/C experience.
