Keep moisture and debris out of your air conditioning system with the Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier / Filter Drier 33443. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1988-1994 Subaru Justy, 1990-1994 Subaru Loyale, and 1985-1991 Subaru XT — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment. This part is listed under both the receiver drier and filter drier names.

The drier acts as a filter, removing moisture and contaminants from the refrigerant circulating through the system — contaminants that flushing cannot remove, which is why the unit is replaced whenever the system is opened. A desiccant bag inside absorbs moisture; a leaking or "open" system can saturate that bag within a few hours, leaving the drier ineffective.

  • Steel construction: built with quality welds for a durable, leak-free design.
  • High-quality desiccant: absorbs moisture from the system for appropriate protection.
  • Hardware included: comes with the necessary gaskets, o-rings and seal for installation.
  • Service note: replacement is required to validate the compressor warranty and should be done any time the system is serviced.
