Description

Keep moisture and debris out of the refrigerant loop with the Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier 83120, an aluminum filter drier with an integrated pad mount. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1999-2000 Chrysler Sebring, the 1999-2000 Dodge Avenger, and the 2002-2003 Mitsubishi Galant — see the "Vehicles it fits" section for engine-level applications.

Sitting on the high-pressure side, this filter drier acts as a filter that removes moisture and contaminants from the air conditioning system — contaminants that flushing cannot remove, which is why replacing the drier is essential whenever the system is opened. Absorption is handled by a desiccant bag; a leaking or "open" system can saturate that bag within a few hours and leave the drier ineffective.

Aluminum construction with pad mount: features quality welds for a durable, leak-free design.
High-quality desiccant: provides appropriate absorption of moisture in the system.
Installation hardware included: the necessary gaskets, o-rings and seal are supplied for easy installation.
Backed by Four Seasons: produced in an ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001 certified facility.

Replacing the drier is required to validate the compressor warranty and should be done any time the system is serviced.
