Get extra ground clearance and a more aggressive tone from your Jeep with the aFe Power MACH Force-Xp 409 SS Axle-Back Hi-Tuck Exhaust System (P/N 49-48070-1B). This 2-1/2 in. mandrel-bent axle-back system drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler (JL) with the L4-2.0L (t) or V6-3.6L engine, swapping out the stock, low-hanging muffler assembly and tucking the tubing up for improved off-road clearance. It reuses the factory front resonator pipe and finishes with a black exhaust tip.

  • Hi-Tuck routing: Raises the exhaust up and away from obstacles for more ground clearance off-road.
  • 2-1/2 in. mandrel-bent tubing: Less restrictive than the stock system and designed to free up horsepower and torque.
  • 409 stainless steel construction: MIG-welded for durability.
  • Aggressive sound: Produces a very aggressive exhaust tone.

The system exits at the rear and uses 2.500 in. inlet, tubing, and tail-pipe diameters, capped with a black tip. Made in the United States.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Hi-Tuck exhaust system?

Hi-Tuck routing raises the exhaust tubing up and away from the ground, replacing the low-hanging stock muffler assembly to add extra ground clearance for off-roading.

What material is this exhaust made from?

It's built from 409 stainless steel and MIG-welded for durability.

Does this system use the factory pipes?

Yes. This axle-back system utilizes the factory front resonator pipe, so it installs behind that section on the listed Wrangler applications.

What is the tubing diameter?

The system uses 2-1/2 in. (2.500 in.) mandrel-bent tubing, with a matching 2.500 in. inlet and tail-pipe diameter, and it exits at the rear with a black tip.
