This complete fan-and-shroud assembly draws air through the condenser to help reject refrigerant heat, which matters most at idle and low speeds when there is little natural airflow. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1996-2007 Ford Taurus [All] and the 1996-2005 Mercury Sable [All].
