It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1996-2002 Chevrolet Express 1500, 2500 and 3500, the 1996 Chevrolet G30, the 1996 GMC G3500, and the 1996-2002 GMC Savana 1500, 2500 and 3500. As the high-pressure heat exchanger between the compressor and the evaporator, the condenser releases the heat absorbed by the refrigerant so it can condense back to a liquid.
