Quiet your Ram 1500 brake pad with the Akebono ProACT Ultra Premium Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set (MPN ACT2179), a front-axle set that installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2019-2025 RAM 1500, the 2022-2024 JEEP GRAND WAGONEER and JEEP WAGONEER, and the 2023-2024 JEEP GRAND WAGONEER L and JEEP WAGONEER L. This kit uses a ceramic friction formulation to deliver smooth, consistent pedal feel with low, light-colored dust and quiet operation during everyday street driving compared with conventional semi-metallic pads.
- Ceramic friction material: integrally molded to the backing plate for a consistent bite in daily driving.
- Pad wear sensor included: a mechanical wear sensor is supplied with the set.
- Abutment clips included: new hardware clips come in the kit for a fresh install.
- Made in the United States. Brake lubricant is not included.
These front pads work only when a failed or worn friction set is the cause of your braking complaint; diagnose the cause before replacing. Replace both sides together as a matched set for even, balanced braking.
