Quiet powertrain vibration and keep your classic Chevy's engine properly located with the Anchor Engine Mount 2283. This mount fills the front-left and front-right positions and drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1966-1972 Chevrolet Bel Air, 1966-1972 Biscayne, 1969-1972 Brookwood, 1967-1972 Camaro, 1966-1974 Caprice, 1968-1972 Chevelle, 1968 Chevy II, 1968-1973 El Camino, 1966-1972 Impala, 1969-1972 Kingswood, 1970-1973 Monte Carlo, 1969-1972 Nova, 1970-1972 Townsman, and 1971-1972 GMC Sprint — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level detail.

Supports and isolates: helps support and locate the engine while dampening the vibration it sends into the chassis.
OE-standard build: engineered to OE standards using the latest CAD/CAM process for consistency and quality.
Rubber compound: uses natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages; the rubber is made to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application.
Strong bond: a Chemlock® bonding agent is used for a superior rubber-to-metal bond. When fasteners are included, they are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts.

Signs a mount may need replacing include engine movement or clunking on acceleration, deceleration or shifting, and vibration at idle from cracked or separated rubber.
