Tame engine shake and keep the powertrain properly located with the Anchor Engine Mount 3028, a front-left mount that supports the engine and dampens vibration. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1996-1999 Chevrolet C1500 and 1996-1998 GMC C1500 — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level applications.

  • Supports and isolates: Helps support and locate the powertrain while absorbing vibration to limit movement and noise.
  • Engineered to OE standards: Designed to OE standards using a CAD/CAM engineering process for consistent quality.
  • Durable rubber bond: Uses only natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages, with a Chemlock® bonding agent for a strong rubber-to-metal bond.
  • Application-tuned hardness: Rubber is manufactured to specific Durometer (hardness) measurements based on vehicle application requirements.

Any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts. Signs a mount may need replacing include vibration at idle and a clunk on acceleration, deceleration, or shifting, along with cracked or separated rubber. If a worn front-left mount is the cause, this replaces it.
