• Supports and isolates: helps support and locate the engine while dampening vibration transmitted into the chassis.

Worn engine mounts often show up as vibration at idle, or as clunking during acceleration, deceleration, or shifting as the powertrain shifts on its supports; cracked or separated rubber is another sign this mount may need replacing. If a failed right-side mount is the cause, this replaces it.
