Quiet powertrain vibration and keep the engine properly located with the Anchor Engine Mount 8186, a rear engine mount that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1989-1992 Geo Prizm and 1988-1992 Toyota Corolla (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment). It helps support and locate the powertrain while isolating the rubber-to-metal connection from engine vibration.

  • Supports and isolates: Helps support and locate the engine while damping vibration transmitted to the chassis.
  • Rubber compound: Built from natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long service life.
  • Bonded construction: Uses Chemlock® bonding agent for a strong rubber-to-metal bond.
  • Application-tuned: Rubber is manufactured to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application, and engineered to OE standards using CAD/CAM processes.

Any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts; consult the vehicle service information for the correct fasteners and whether they may be reused.
