Anchor Engine Mount P/N:8973

Quiet powertrain vibration and keep the rear of the engine located with the Anchor Engine Mount 8973, a rear-position engine mount that supports the engine and dampens the vibration and movement it transmits to the chassis. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1997-2005 Acura EL and the 2001-2005 Honda Civic (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level applications).

• Strong bond: A Chemlock® bonding agent creates a superior rubber-to-metal bond. Any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts.

Signs this mount may need replacing include clunking on acceleration, deceleration, or shifting, vibration felt at idle, and cracked or separated rubber. If a worn rear engine mount is the cause, this replaces it.
