Rear Right Air Suspension Strut for 2003-2008 BMW 760Li & More - Arnott AS-2978

Put a fresh air spring and shock under the rear right corner of your BMW with the Arnott Industries AS-2978 Air Suspension Strut. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2003-2008 BMW 760Li, 2006-2008 BMW 750Li and 2006-2008 BMW 750i. It is a new, complete strut assembly built with OE-quality components for E65 and E66 chassis cars equipped with Electronic Damping Control (EDC). • Heavy-duty ContiTech air bladder: A Continental ContiTech air spring bladder is designed to hold air pressure for consistent ride height. It is paired with a shock designed to provide OEM ride quality and stability.
• CNC-machined top and bottom mounts: The top mount and the bottom air spring perch are CNC-machined and made of aircraft-quality aluminum.
• Protective aluminum can and dust boot: An aluminum can and a dust boot help protect the strut assembly.
• Assembled in the USA: Arnott assembles the strut in the USA. Its components include crimping rings, O-rings, a bump stop and an air fitting. It arrives pre-assembled for an OE fit and comes with a detailed installation manual.

Signs a rear air strut may need replacing include the car sagging at that corner after sitting, an air compressor that runs more often than usual, a hissing air leak near the strut, or a suspension warning on the dash. Diagnose the cause before replacing, because these symptoms can also come from other air suspension parts such as the lines, valves or compressor. For best results, Arnott recommends replacing air struts in pairs, so consider replacing the opposite rear strut at the same time.
