Atlantic Automotive Engineering Rack and Pinion Assembly P/N:3410N
Built for the 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra and 2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia, the Atlantic Automotive Engineering Rack and Pinion 3179N is a new hydraulic power steering unit, and every one is 100% inspected and hydraulically tested in the USA.
AAE builds its new hydraulic racks with OE-quality components and engineers them to OE-level tolerances for performance, fit and function. Steering issues should be diagnosed and repaired as quickly as possible. If a worn or leaking 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra steering rack turns out to be the cause of your problem, this new rack and pinion assembly replaces it.
Signs a rack may need replacing include power steering fluid leaking from the rack, excess play or wander in the steering wheel, heavy or uneven steering effort, and clunking while turning. Pumps, hoses and tie rod ends can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing the rack.
See the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level details.
