This spin-on filter traps contaminants as oil passes through, helping protect bearings and moving parts, and drops in across a wide range of applications. It fits many vehicles, among them the 1981-1992 Volkswagen Jetta L4-1.6L, the 1993-2005 Volkswagen Passat L4-1.8L / L4-1.9L and the 1985-1998 Volkswagen Golf L4-1.6L / L4-1.9L, plus many off-highway units.
