This part cross-references / interchanges with the following part numbers:
What does this fuel water separator filter do?
It strains dirt from the diesel fuel and separates water out of it, collecting the water for draining to help keep it from reaching the injection system. It is a spin-on fuel/water separator.
Does it include the sensor and seals?
The sensor is reusable and transfers to the new filter. A D-ring is furnished and must be installed on the post to seal properly; the listed O-ring is ES24-D.
What is the sensor port thread, and can I plug it?
The sensor port thread is M14 x 2.0. If you are not using a sensor, the port may be plugged with OP8753.
Will this fit my truck?
It fits many Cummins- and Paccar-powered trucks such as the 2008-2013 and 2015 Ford F-650 6.7L and 2008-2022 Kenworth T270 with the 6.7L, 8.3L or 8.9L engine. Check the Buyer's Guide tab for your exact year, make, model and engine.
What are the dimensions and mounting thread?
It measures about 3 23/32 in (94.5 mm) in outside diameter and 10 1/32 in (254.8 mm) in height, with a 1-14 mounting thread.
