Keep the power steering hydraulics on your heavy truck clean with the Baldwin Power Steering Filter PT23629, a hydraulic steering element that strains contaminants out of the fluid before they reach the pump and steering gear. It fits many Freightliner and Western Star trucks as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications, among them the 2011-2017 Western Star 4900EX, 2010-2017 Western Star 4900SA and 2009-2023 Western Star 4900FA, and replaces Freightliner part number 1417927000.

Inside-out flow direction: fluid passes from the inside of the element outward through the media.
Built-in bypass: contains a bypass designed to let fluid keep circulating if the element becomes restricted.
Attached grommet: ships with one attached grommet for sealing.
Dimensions: OD 2 5/16 in (58.9 mm), ID 23/32 in (18.0 mm), height 2 13/16 in (71.4 mm).
