Beck/Arnley ABS Wheel Speed Sensor P/N:084-4898
BECK ARNLEY 084-4862 front right ABS wheel speed sensor for the 2007-2008 Subaru Forester and other vehicles reports wheel speed to the ABS. The ABS compares each wheel's signal to spot a wheel that is about to lock.
A lit ABS or traction control warning light can mean a wheel speed sensor is not sending a reading. Before you replace this sensor, rule out damaged wiring, a damaged connector or tone ring, and a worn wheel bearing; a shop can scan the stored codes to see which circuit reports the fault.
This sensor fits the 2007-2008 Subaru Forester and the 2007 Subaru Impreza, and it matches OE form, fit and function. The 2007-2008 Subaru Forester takes one at the front right, and the front left is ordered separately.
