This application-specific kit is a direct-fit replacement for the 1996-1999 Acura SLX, 1995-2002 Isuzu Trooper, and 1986-1991 Mazda RX-7 — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level details. It is cataloged for the front inner and rear outer CV joint positions.

A CV boot flexes with the axle as it rotates and steers, holding grease around the joint and shielding it from contamination. Once the rubber cracks or splits, grease slings out and debris works in — signs the boot may need replacing.
