Seal out grit and keep your CV joint packed with grease using the Beck/Arnley CV Joint Boot Kit 103-2968 (also written 1032968). This front inner boot kit is application-specific — not universal — and installs on the front inner CV joint of vehicles like the 2003-2009 Acura MDX, 2005-2015 Honda Pilot, 2006-2014 Honda Ridgeline, 2007-2012 Nissan Altima, and 2005-2012 Toyota Avalon. A CV boot keeps grease in and dirt and moisture out of the constant-velocity joint. Signs the boot may need replacing include cracked or split rubber, grease slung around the inner joint area, or clicking from a joint that has lost its lubrication. If a torn front inner boot is the cause, this kit re-seals the joint.
