Bosch Oxygen Sensor P/N:13404
Bosch 13596 oxygen sensor for the 2000-2001 Mazda MPV V6 2.5L and the 2002-2006 MPV V6 3.0L sends air-fuel-ratio readings from the exhaust to the ECU. This downstream Bosch O2 sensor gives the ECU the signal it uses for closed-loop control, which helps reduce emissions.
A check-engine light with an oxygen sensor code, worse fuel economy or a rough idle can mean the sensor is worn. An exhaust leak or damaged wiring can give the same signs, so look over the harness and connector with the engine off and cool before you replace anything. If a worn sensor is the cause, this one replaces it.
It fits the 2000-2001 Mazda MPV V6 2.5L, the 2002-2006 MPV V6 3.0L and the 1996-1998 MPV V6 3.0L. This listing is one sensor, and the fitment calls for one per application.
